Detailed description

Injection & Ignition (K48)

  • Optimized engine performance in part and full throttle operation
  • Power increase up to 7PS (~5%) possible
  • Torque increase up to 7Nm (~5%) possible

Measurement with OEM mapping ends at approx. 7,600 / 8,400 rpm due to the speed limit at 250 km / h

Engine speed limiter

  • Programming a soft start of limiter action by cylinder blank out
  • Reduced risk of bike nervousness while reaching limiter speed
  • Slight Increase of engine speed limit up to 400rpm, because "soft limiter" prevents from over-rev

e-Gas (K1600)

  • Model 2013-16: softer throttle response for improved behavior when applying throttle
  • RAIN: remain OEM
  • ROAD: more direct throttle response than OEM
  • DYNAMIC: sporty direct throttle response

Engine brake (K48)

  • Fired config (injection continues) of engine break in low gears 1/2/3/4 leads to a smoother first pickup during transfer from braking (0% throttle) to acceleration and a more stable behavior, especially while slow driving in cities
  • In high gears 5/6 fuel cut-off remain enabled to prevent unnecessary fuel consumption

Shift assistant (pro) / quick shifter / blipper

Improved in V2025 for M/S1000 (K6x) and in V2023 for R12x0, F750/850, F900, S1000 (K4x), K1600!

  • Optimized shift assistant for more dynamic and smooth gear changes
  • Increase of diagnostics tolerances to prevent safety shutdown during usage of race shifter (e.g. MCT-Lohmann)
  • Precondition: only valid if bike is equipped with "shift assistant" or "shift assitant pro"

Speed limiter (K48)

  • Disabling of speed limitation
